SIPRI Arms Transfers Database
Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI)
- Covers all recorded transfers of major conventional weapons between countries, 1950–2025.
- Data is measured in Trend Indicator Values (TIV) — a volume-based metric, not a price.
- Updated annually, typically in March.
SIPRI data is publicly accessible via their website. Formal permission for use on Askyrbase has been requested. This page will be updated when permission is confirmed.
